REFUND / RETURNS POLICY:

We take great care to make sure all the items we sell are in excellent condition and are as described, but we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find the clothes don’t fit or weren’t as you expected, we will gladly accept returns, provided:

The items are returned to us in their original condition, must be unused and in the original packaging within 7 (seven) days following delivery. We operate on a strict 7 (seven) day returns policy and if 7 (seven) days have passed since receipt of your item we are unable to accept the return, so sorry.

Items sold as ‘never worn’ or 'brand new' are returned with tags intact and are still new, unworn and unwashed.

Items damaged due to incorrect washing cannot be returned, therefore please follow washing instructions carefully.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the return, you’ll be refunded the original price of the item(s) if they are in their original condition and all return criteria are met.  Please note: Your shipping costs will NOT be refunded, only the item cost.

You will be sent return address details once you’ve registered your return request in our returns centre, here.

You can choose between a refund to the original payment method or a credit note to shop with us, which is valid as soon as we receive your returned item. Please select which method you would prefer once registering your return in our returns centre.

Your refund will take a maximum of 5 days after we have received and fully inspected and checked the return item(s).

Sale items are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You can cancel a purchase if you change your mind but please let us know prior to shipping otherwise we will need to charge you for shipping costs.
